Pinot Gris Rosé

Our very first officially certified organic white wine, alongside our Pinot Gris Rosé!

Pinot Gris belongs to the semi-aromatic family of wines. It unveils a subtle bouquet of garden roses, pineapple-apricot, ripe pear, and traditional heirloom Citronka apples. Having naturally mutated from Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris carries the exact same rich antioxidant profile typical of red wines—yet offers all the easy-drinking lightness of a fine white.

The grapes themselves sport a distinctive pinkish-gray hue. Through swift pressing, they yield a clean white wine, whereas extended skin contact (maceration) draws color from the pink skins to create a rosé. This white bottling is remarkably harmonious, achieving a seamless, elegant balance between alcohol, residual sugars, and natural acidity.

Our 2025 Pinot Gris was awarded a Silver Medal at the Pomurje Wine Fair in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia: “Vino Slovenija Gornja Radgona BIO 2026.”
