Its luscious dessert profile brings to mind rich, ripe fruits, with luscious notes of sweet blueberries taking center stage.

The foundation of this sparkling wine is an organic rosé cuvée crafted from three of our signature red varieties—Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. The fine, dancing bubbles are a testament to the traditional bottle-fermentation method (méthode traditionnelle) used in its creation. Induced directly inside the bottle through the addition of natural sugars, this secondary fermentation ensures that every single bottle is a truly unique, hand-crafted creation.
